mmmm I didn't really have any !
for the most part I hate protein only meals with carbs in the first meal, and also pre and post workout
if I trained 2 times per day I would eat 5/6 meals with carbs
if I trained 1 times a day, 3/6 meals with carbs
if I didn't train at all, I would eat protein only for the day
on days that I only train once, I would do 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast
2 days a week I ate what I wanted the whole day for 3-4 meals
the last 3 weeks I went Keto cause my weight was too high and I wanted to make it drop to the light heavy
I still have some fat to lose but I am doing it just for fun so I still wanted to enjoy life
