My neck is actually nearly 20" ~

That might seem cool, but it makes the arms look smaller....


My arms are barely 18"... more like 17 1/2... pumped up real good, yeah 18" or a little more.


Makes no difference. My neck is too big. My arms would have to be 20" to be impressive.

very, very hard posing and up to two or three hours a day.

Works every time. It is painful, time-consuming and a workout in itself. I suppose you could call it an isometric workout. You will be sore the next day. Some competitors do it on and off throughout the day, others do it for hours on end non-stop.

going to cuba next week for a week of party, shouldn't be too shameful to play volleyball looking like that  :D

stav if you got a part or parts you want to bring up just train them solely till you get them there. the anabolics will hold any tissue in the untrained muscles, all you'll lose is the tightness and fullness which will return in 2-3 workouts once you start hitting them again.

try it- i was right about using cables wasnt i? :)

yeah it makes sense !!

probleme is I'd like to grow pretty much everything haha
