I think he also said he tore a pec awhile ago....

You should see 4 videos from 16-19... It's actually pretty cool cause you see the progress from year to year..

Nobody has ever epitomized the word "Kid" as Betancourt. He really looks like a guy that everybody yells "Hey Kid!" at.

Bahahahahahaha! you're right but I just can't seem to associate Beatincourt with future of sports nutrition so I'd rather try to remember his name somehow...
