Never understood what the appeal of CT Fletches is. I saw his vids of him screaming at people's biceps, triceps, quads,...etc and commanding them to grow! I could not keep a straight face if someone was screaming dumbass shit while benching, curling, squatting,.etc MusclePharm is a good company, just never understood how that dude got a contract through MusclePharm.

Arnold's strength was never what it could have been largely because of his overtraining. And he was gassed.

Like many, Arnold is becoming more personable and more humble as the years roll on.
Not to name drop, but the times I spoke with him, back in the '90s, he was not overly warm and gracious (not that he was ever rude). Now when I see videos like this, it's apparent Father Time has brought the man some humility. Such imminent mortality will usually do that to even the most at-one-time arrogant of fuckers.

Can confirm. I love longer training sessions but I'm usually rushed because of other things going on.
