he seems to know how to market himself amazingly well. better than any pro. him, joey swoll etc. rhese guys marjet themselves and stay revelant. ifbb pros can learn from them.

Yes, it really does.

I really don't like the Piana type. The tats, the attention whoring, the phoniness, the site injects and PMMA.... all that self-absord, vapid, narcissistic stuff; but according to someone that I know very well and has met and spent some time with Piana he seems like a good and decent person. And that's counts for a lot nowadays in my book (I do have a book). Especially in this bbing biz.

Being decent trumps a lot of other perceived character flaws and idiosyncrasies.

On one of Ric Drasin's vids Rich said he ate 7-8x a day... that's a LOT of spaghettios.

She never mentioned Rich's stack or PMMA arms = fail.
