Title: HardFitness Issue #19 Jamie Senuk Cover Model

Hi

This month our cover model is Canadian IFBB Pro Jamie Senuk who won the overall at the Canadian Nationals in Edmonton in July.

Would like to thank all the people who wrote the articles.  We also have a new section that should be running monthly. "Ask Misty Green". Some noteworthy articles are "How to Stay Relaxed" by Kaisa Piippo, 3 Different stories about Canadian Nationals and a review with photos of the Tara Scotti party.  Reviews of the USA's and Team Universe shows included.
Video interviews from 2006 Canadian Nationals included as well. Please email me for any comments and suggestions.

As usual, epic work on the cover bro!!!!

Especially nice touch with that incline bench growing out the girls left hip.

Monster work on the lightning too.

(Hedge - we agree that the seat was the only real negative about this pic, but the position of Jamie was too good not to use in this case)
