sure this is not a fair comparison as they are not scaled right.. i dont see ronnie's back the best in history as many consider it but still overall better than kai's back which is great too.. but shape wise and size wise ronnie's is better.. both are not dry enough!!.. lee haney's great back too was never dry enough,.. may be a black genetic problem!..

I've met Ronnie in 09' and he is definitely over 5'10. My dad is 5'10 and Ronnie was a little taller than my dad when they were talking. I'd say he is a little below 5'11. Both of them were wearing sneakers.

GH15, a good friend of mine who used to work for BSN and traveled with Ron Coleman all the time (even went to pharmacies for him in some cities), told me Ronnie once said to him "It's all about GH and Insulin." He never specifically talked doses or anything like that openly with him, but looking at Ronnie, I would have to think a LOT of insulin is there along with boat loads of ASS and GH. Ron does have a much better foundation built on AAS and GH so maybe the loads of insulin just came after foundation was there? What do you think? I only ask because Kai has more real muscle than any other pro around right now (I know, that isn't saying much), and to say he is ALL insulina I think is a little misleading.

I can never look at a person the same way knowing the things they have done.... Its like.. Kai is obviously a better BB than Arnold by today's standard, but knowing how cool Arnie is I could see myself watching the guy pose (no homo) and feel quite Hetero still...meanwhile going to see Kai is gayer than waving keys under the bathroom stall in a gay club.
