No, 1994 was the year that the Ninjas took control of his Mercedes and cause him to crash and break his neck. After spending months in the hospital, he vowed to kill those Ninjas. The Ninjas in 1997 found out that Flex did not die in said car crash, due to his insane genetics (genetics fitted for surviving car crashes. It was in 1997 that they came in the dead of night on a lonely road to finish the job.

Once you see past the synthol and posing oil in the second pic you can see he has less separation in legs, arms, chest, everywhere.
