seriously though been eating white rice religiously whenever i can, i eat it plain with one exception after everyfew mouthfulls of rice ill eat a spoon full of vanilla pudding
i really dont like rice pudding , i like to capture the essence of plain rice in mass quantities, its the rice that will make me stronger not the sweet stuff. the pudding helps with craving even more rice
its probably the sugar addiction but tricking it with rice, teasing the sugar addiction with pudding then fulfilling it with rice, ill eat enough rice till i want another spoon full of banana puddding thats how it works, workouts have been getting better weekly and at its best today cause i was so tired from everything yesterday that i slept a full 10 hours that really recharged me so today im taking full advantage of training
