this is what a perfect arm SHOULD look like

brachialis is clear...you can clearly see the seperation between bis and tris

ronnies arms are the same...someone post the picture where he's holding the phone in a red shirt

ronnie doesnt have perfect arms and never will.

his triceps BLOW his delts have NEVER gotten bigger since his first win and his forearms are sub par compare to the rest of his arms. Ronnies arms are ALL biceps.

Lee Preist has perfect arm development too but those are the BEST arms EVER. doest mean jay doesnt have perfect arms.

If ronnies arms are so great, why does jay beat him everywhere except biceps?

I'll give you that Jay has better triceps, but overall Ronnie has bigger biceps w/ more peak, bigger forearms, more overall size with better shape, and completely kills Jay in terms of hardness and vascularity. Jay got a gift last year, and as time passes it will be popular opinion.

having massive tris is only one part of the battle...getting striations in them is another.

I don't think Ronnie 2006 has the best arms.

I think Ronnie 99 has the best arms overall ever, in part because no one can match his level of definition. but he is not competing in the olympia this year.
