Well really it doesn’t matter but you should span it out over every few hours or so. So for example you can do something like this....
Morning - 10mg dbol
Before or After lunch - 10mg dbol
Pre or post workout - 10mg dbol (preferable pre workout)
After dinner - 10mg dbol
This is just an example on how i would run it. You can run it what ever way is convenient to you.
