Please be mindful that spamming/flooding of multiple threads with Mentzer pics will result in a vacation.

We're all fans of the legends of the past, so a picture here and there is fine. But if threads get flooded with Mentzer pics, it could result in a small ban.

Of course, it would take many threads and enough members hitting the report to moderator button, but please keep this in mind.

I remember reading in a Flex magazine, I think, Mentzer himself said his arms were 18.5'', properly measured

Keep in mind Mentzer was 5'8'' (although some people claim he was 5'6'') so 18.5'' muscular arms look huge on him. To put things into perspective, in my pic my arms were 17.5'' back then at 5'7'', about the same height of Mike Mentzer

Impressive physique, it is unclear how strong Mike was, but with the help of steroids and meth, he probably had a 550+ bench press, a 750+ deadlift and a 900+ squat. Ray Mentzer claims he did a 925 lbs squat. Maybe he was on meth too
