Not this time, but I was able to get my squat up 40 lbs using it. It was very challenging and worth it.
What I currently do is probably a bit more difficult actually as some days I am doing 36 sets going from 10 reps to 2. All compound movements- Back and Front Squats each leg day.
I do 3 different types of workouts- 10,10,10 Then a 10,8,6,4,3,2 Then a 5,5,5,2 2 Major body Parts a day. I use a chart, similar to what Coach uses when he trains people, the NCSA chart. Once I complete 3 workouts I move the weight up. Lately though, I have been moving up the weight early because my strength has increased greatly.
