why the fuck are you afraid of squats? doing them with a weight you can handle, in a squat rack with a belt and after a proper warm up, the chances of you getting injured are near impossible.

Bluto, No offence at all.But You dont look like lifting weight. You must do very good amount of compound movement. Not isolation movement like leg extension. They dont produce mass.Since your comparing the pain of squat with the pain of leg extension,i could imagine that you were not legit weight lifter.Get tough and you shall receive good mass.Good luck.
