yes, well it fits in with his delusional personality. He and AssHoletic are alot alike. Under Achievers who try to convince themselves (and others) by attempting to belittle people who are successful and have accomplished things they have no way of ever accomplishing. Kind of like the Napoleon Complex short people have. The sad thing is here are two guys who could have done something in their lives but would rather come on an internet board and try to convince people they will never meet they are above and beyond everyone. Man I am sure glad I had the life I have had. It makes these last several years more bearable. Can you imagine when they get my age (if they make it). That is a future I wouldn't want any part of or wish that on anyone.

Being a world-class athlete does not make you muscular. These guys usually don't train for looks but for speed , strength .. whatever.
If you just compare their bodies from a bodybuilding point of view it's pretty obvious that TA is smoking him.
Even in that first picture he does not look impressive at all .. all of the other pictures show a guy who's at most slightly better built than the average (black) male.
I don't know this Owens guy but I guess he's kinda tall but I think Adonis is not short either so I think he'd dwarf him standing side by side.

Its common place now and ridiculous. Madonna made it acceptable when she had her entire body completely recreated for a Vanity Fair cover and was unapologetic about it. Rachel Ray has had her entire body morphed for publicity photographs, so much so it is laughable. Its just the way it is now.
The younger generation is fooled and they are the ones buying the products.

This pic is a composition of perfect light + pump + photoshop and still his arms and especially his delts look small. His chest isn't impressive either.. have a look at the non shopped pics in this thread , it gets even more obvious there.
Is Terrell Owens something like your hero or what ? This is a bodybuilding board and this guy is not a bodybuilder and certainly has not a very special physique.
But if you think that is impressive it certainly shows something about yours..

At least one design consultant, Mary Anne Bulter, resigned after objecting to the practice and staff design director John Gilman is said to be on the brink of resigning, according to an insider.
Luckily people are losing their jobs and being held responsible for Roddick’s pseudo 22-inch guns. There are thousands of gyms with tens of thousands of men with great bodies to be on the cover of health magazines. The magazine industry however has quit using non-celebrities on their covers because they believe and probably do sell more copies with true celebrities on the front.

Why does he attempt to this by comparing arms, chest or any bodypart. TO has accomplished alot in his life without having huge arms or chest or whatever. Not everyone has to have big muscles. In fact it is ignorant for him to bring this up in regards to TO simply because TO plays a position where having big muscles would hurt him rather than help him. How can someone who has done NOTHING in his life or with his body to put down people who have done things. I find it amazing that people like him exist and waste their time. Like the old saying "there are doers and there are talkers" It is so obvious Apenis is a talker. And another thing TO isn't a bodybuilder and you ask 100,000 people who's body would you rather have TO's or Apenis (who brags about being a bodybuilder) and 99,900 people will pick TO.

I agree and am quite worried for some young people. I have a feeling eating disorders and low body image / self esteem must be on the rise because of photographs like these.
It is important that every parent out there sit down with their kids and show them the truth about pics in mags etc. (there are some sites out there dedicated to this)
before it is too late.
And your right I have noticed that people get mad and defensive when you show them that their idols are just normal humans, thats scary.

I trained a few years with a Professional Football player, James Hamilton. He went to UNC and was drafted in the second round by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He then managed the gym where I trained.
He was 6`5 235 and lean.
I was stronger than him on every lift and easily kept up and went beyond in regards to weightlifting with him. Of course I was also in my fat days then, but even today my bench and deadlift and squat are still better than what he could do. He played 2 seasons with the Jaguars before getting a career ending injury.
He told me that only 2-3 people on the team at the time could bench 405 and they were all offensive lineman. He also told me they all lie about their stats and what weight they can lift for the most part as it sells tickets and creates a fan base, endorsement deals as well as getting the myths out there to promote themselves and their teams.
James managed about a 435 lb deadlift, 300 lb bench. Not bad lifts at all.
He also told me that the team doctors would readily find a way to supply steroids and how to beat the tests to whomever wanted them at the time. He said there were many with prescriptions.
It was a great experience training with him for a few years. The NFL is not what you think it is or what you make it out to be. James also told me college football and training is WAY WAY WAY harder. He said that you barely had to do anything once you made PRO compared to college where you had to prove yourself and never be off your game.
He said the Jaguars practice was a joke and that it was about 3-4 days a week depending on whatever the coaches suggested.
On a side note. I do not care for football one bit.

Deadlifting heavy weight was my only goal. I wanted to compete in Natural Powerlifting at one time but figured out a 575-600 lb deadlift was not really that great at 230 lbs.

Like I said from my experience he looks like he does in my opinion. There are pletny of legal hormones out there you can still buy. A buddy of mine who was on 500 mg of test took two D Drol for 30 days and gained 15 pounds solid.

When I was at my fattest, I was easily 30 percent plus. Most people are WAY WAY fatter than they realize.
My fatness from a few years ago was self imposed as I wanted to see if I could get to 600 lb deadlift again. I didn`t make it. I got to about 575 and got sick of force feeding.
I stay lean and ripped now.

Fast Forward to today from over 2 years go:
I am much much leaner as I was PRETTY FAT IN THOSE MR. GETBIG Pics and I now stay very lean with just slight increases in muscle. Just a few lbs here and there. 1-5 a year of course.

I assure you it was there and more.
My obeseness was self-imposed as I was not delusional at that point because I had dieted 2 times before. I knew the only way I could Deadlift 600 or close to it would be to eat myself back to it as I had done before.
That cut in 2006 was my third time in cutting all the way down and even from there I needed to lose another 10 pounds.
Now I stay within 10 lbs of my absolute leanest. Still eating whatever I want as I have outlined.

I have no clue who Terrel Owens is.
I am judging his physique (as that is what we were discussing) and find that his 13 inch arms at 6`5 or whatever height he is as unimpressive. Sorry.
The only pictures where he is muscular are the ones that are highly photoshopped and edited.
All the pics I posted of Terrel Owens are not photoshopped or edited and you can clearly see he does not have much muscle as you guys claim.
I don`t know a thing about him save for the pics I have seen and the videos I just saw. There are plenty of naturals on this very board that have much better physiques than your hero.

I have actually never dieted before, never had the willpower, I always eat a ton of food, for getting leaner I always did cardio
and I think it backfired with eating away muscle tissue, I do feel "obese" and will start lowering my calories starting tomorrow ;D

October proved to be the cruelest month, for that was the time that Sen. McCain, he of the round, blank, Little Orphan Annie eyes, chose to try out a number of weird lies about Barack Obama ostensibly in the interest of a Republican Party long overdue for burial.
It is a wonder that any viewer survived his furious October onslaught whose craziest lie was that Obama wished to become president in order to tax the poor in the interest of a Democratic Party in place, as he put it in his best 1936 voice, to spend and spend because that's what Democrats always do. This was pretty feeble lying, even in such an age as ours. But it was the only thing that had stuck with him from those halcyon years when Gov. Alfred M. Landon was the candidate of the Grand Old Party, which in those days was dedicated to erasing every policy of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, whose electoral success was due to, they thought, Harry Hopkins' chilling mantra, "we shall... spend and spend and elect and elect." Arguably, the ignorant McCains of this world have no idea what any of this actually signifies; Hopkins' comment is a serious one, and serious matters seldom break through to cliché-ridden minds.
Although I am no fan of the television of my native land, I thought that an election featuring two historic novelties -- the first credible female candidate for president and the first black nominee -- would be great historic television, yet I should have been suspicious whenever I looked at McCain's malicious little face, plainly bent on great mischief. Whenever Obama made a sensible point, McCain was ready to trump it with a gorgeous lie.
When Obama said that only a small percentage of the middle class would suffer from income tax during his administration, McCain would start gabbling the 1936 Republican mantra that this actually meant that he would spend and spend and spend in order to spread the money around, a mild joke he has told for the benefit of a plumber who is looking forward to fiscal good fortune and so feared the tax man, using language very like that of long-dead socialists to reveal Obama's sinister games.
Advice to Obama: No civilized asides are permitted in McCain Land, where every half-understood word comes from the shadowy bosses of a diabolic Democratic Party, eager to steal the money of the poor in order to benefit, perversely, the even poorer.
So October (my natal month) was no joy for me, as the degradation of our democratic process was being McCainized. McCain is a prisoner of the past. Later, in due course he gave us the old address book treatment: names from Obama's past, each belonging to a potential terrorist. Even from the corpse of the Republican Party, which Abraham Lincoln left somewhat hastily in the 19th century, this was an unusually sickening display.
Happily, physicists assure us that there is no action without reaction.
There were still a few bright glimmers of something larger than a mere candidate of the Republican Party, but Mr. McCain seems to be in the terminal throes of a self-love that causes him to regard himself as a great American hero. From time to time, he likes to shout at us, "I have fought in many, many wars," and, "I have won many of them," but he has, so far, never told us which were the ones that he has actually won, since every war that he has graced with his samurai presence seems to have been thoroughly lost by the United States. Consistency is all-important to the born loser as well as to the committed liar.
So what little fame he has rests on the fact that he was taken a prisoner of war by the Vietnamese -- hardly a recommendation for the leadership of the "free world" -- and thus aware of the meagerness of his own curriculum vitae, for his vice presidential choice he then turned radically, in the age of the awakening to power of women, to an Alaskan politician; a giggly Piltdown princess out of pre-history.
Her qualification? She has once been mayor (or was it "mare"?) of an Alaskan village and later governor of what had been known as "Seward's Icebox," named for Lincoln's secretary of state, William Seward, who had over the misgivings of many bought all that ice from Russia.
One does get the impression that the senator from Arizona is living in a sort of echo chamber of nonsensical phrases, notions and unreality.
To further add insult to injury, as it were, he describes himself as a "maverick," which one critic in the audience assures him he is not, anyway, like the great Maury Maverick, a New Deal congressman from Texas who was so dedicated to freedom that he allowed his cattle to roam unbranded, freely on the range -- a tribute to a time when Texans were freer than now in the post-Bush era.
The critic in the audience said that he was no maverick in the usual sense on the ground that he was simply a sidekick. That just about sums it up: Sidekick to the only president we have ever had who lacked any interest in governance.
As we are going through a religious phase in this greatest of all great nations, I am reminded of Chancellor Bismarck's remark about us Americans in the 19th century when he said: "God looks after drunks, little children and the United States of America."

Ever notice how most people at the highest levels of society do not talk negatively about others? Sure, there are a few Donald Trumps out there, but most extremely successful people do not run down others in an attempt to build themselves up.

But doesn't it wear you down a little bit? I've been there before and am prone to bouts of self-righteousness...but in the end, it's just too damn tiring. I suppose it will be recorded as among political history’s ironies that Palin was brought in to help John McCain. I can’t blame feminists who might draw amusement from the fact that a woman managed to both cripple the male she was supposed to help while gleaning an almost Elvis-sized following for herself. This is how I view sexuality totally.
I like what he had to say from a literal sense, however I think the idea of gay pride is still needed because it really means not being ashamed of being gay. Young people are still being gay bashed, shamed by their parents and religions groups are still actively trying to shame us, so I think gay pride is still a fine concept and the parades should continue, I wish he expounded on that. But he answered the question literaly, which suprised the questioner which was kind of funny. I also agree with him that the intellectual gays "post stonewall" gays that want to believe we are superior in someway are nuts. Although that doesnt exist so much anymore except for a few university professors somewhere.
I also agree that the upper class see sex completely different from lower classes, I would like to hear him talk more about that. I have learned that the upper class, intellectuals and such do not see sex or drugs as a moral issues and partake in all of it pretty freely, but keep it all hidden from other classes. ITs the lower classes that have all the morality issues imposed by the church (which can be argued are controlled by the upper classes.)

I trained with Eric Stocz when he was retired and I was at my best fitness wise playing on the tour , doing football drills ... Let me tell you that Eric at 6'5" and 242 lbs moved as well if not better than me at 6' and 175 lbs ... and I was fast !
also until you get next to these guys and do some drills you never even guess how fast and explosive they are .. I was impressed to say the least ... and Eric was a retired (4 years ) tight end from the Detroit Lions .

I do believe he would have probably placed well in MrGetBig with no prep but have a hard time believing a guy 5'11.5" sporting 160 lbs is big. He'd even do well in a real show but only an expert would be able to say if his level of conditioning would matter if standing next to a 5'7" guy at the same weight. That's assuming he had the mandatories down and a good routine.

I AGREE he has in his head his obese theories,that at 5'11 he feels best at 168/170 no way he should and could be a lean 185/190 at that height still be considered not filled out enough and that's included if he is clean.

I agree. It's a sign of strength and confidence when one can acknowledge and praise the accomplishments of others. TA should try to emulate Barack a little more in this way; Barack didn't get involved in all of the negativity thrown out by the McCain campaign - and was rewarded for it in the end.
Ever notice how most people at the highest levels of society do not talk negatively about others? Sure, there are a few Donald Trumps out there, but most extremely successful people do not run down others in an attempt to build themselves up.

Thats politics it's their job to expose the negative traits in their competitor obviously to get votes, but after the campaign ends and their is a winner they(winner) no longer is insulting or name calling anyone. O is no longer saying anything negative about McCain. Like I said when they are on top very few have to talk negative about competitors.
