Since people want to know more about it, here goes
This Channel is home to bodybuilding's rising couple, Peter and Jessica Putnam. Peter is the '04 NPC Collegiate Nationals Overall Champion and '07 USAs Light-Heavyweight Winner. Jessica is an IFBB Figure pro and fitness model. She is the '04 NPC Collegiate Figure Overall Champion and the '06 NY Figure Pro Winner.
Peter and Jessica are the first couple to have graced back-to-back covers of Flex. They recently landed a cover of Muscle&Fitness together and can be seen regularly in many bodybuilding publications

Garrett Furgeson cat, big boy... have not seen him since the 06 Knoxville show. I would say he will do well, always huge up top, his conditioning was not particulary all that great in 06 esp. in the legs. I am sure he will do good as a Jr. competitor.

Peter would probably be better served to ditch the Smith Machine lifts in the off season though...

cool vids.seem like nice people,training together is a good thing to have in common.guy is put together well not over the top freaky hard and in 6 wks from those vids shot will be stage ready.

he trains pretty hard but you're right, he does everything on either the Smith or Hammer Strength.

I finally see what all the fuss is about now. You really need to hear the guy talk on camera to see his real worth to the industry, IMO. Jessica comes off as a doll in these, too.

Would you want to risk injury on VERY low carbs, no fat on your body to lubricate muscles and joints... not to mention be running on fumes? He was doing freeweights. Switched over to insure he didnt diet for such a long time so hard only to lose it with an injury or tear 3 weeks out. Smart move. Plus, less stabilization needed = more stress on the target muscle without worrying about stabilizers dieing first

i wasn't criticizing him just stating a fact, anyone who watches those clips can see that he trains VERY HARD but he does use a lot of machines.

I agree...but not as much about his intensity, which is also questionable, as much as his choice in exercises and form.
He chooses mostly machines and that was honestly the worst DB Row form I've ever seen!! :o
After seeing that, it's no big mystery why this guy has the smallest back onstage! ;)

I've seen a lot of guys use all free weights six weeks out from a show....
