gaining muscle will give some extra metabolism boost,even at rest, and especialy when being active.
gaining fat will actualy also give a metabolic boost.
but muscle is something like 5-10times more metabolicaly active than fat, i forgot how much exactly.
by far best choice is being active, or cardio, bc gaining muscle takes a while, gaining fat is very easy and fast done, but cant be the goal
clen and efedrine will raise metabolism by 5%, thats nothing.

before id ut any costly health ruining drugs into myself just to boost metablosim,id just do 20-30minutes cardio a day, thatll be 200-400cals a day fatloss, this adds up over time and can even be done at home while watching tv or being on the phone.
the thing with the fatburners is, one day youll come off of them and then have the rebound.
