what he says is accurate. ive used it 3 times, 3 different ways.
its not just the sweating. its the lethargy that is very difficult to deal with. just the very act of walking makes it feel like your walking in waist deep water.
what you hear about the sweating isnt exaggerated. you're fine if your not sleeping or eating, otherwise for some reason these two activities cause you to sweat tremendously. im talking changing bath towels twice a night that your sleeping on and sweat rolling down your face and off the tip of your nose into your food while eating.
i wouldnt recommend anyone take. your better off just dieting for an extra 4-6 weeks. everyone wants a magic pill. there is no magic pill. no matter what path you take to get lean your going to have to suffer, either chemically or dietarily.
