If you insist on attention whoring and trying to impress people with your poundages, you damn well better be pressing more than 280

chins 5 sets 20-50 reps lat pulldowns 200 lbs 12-15 reps one arm db row 165 lb db 10-12 reps+back. bench press6 sets 245- 365lbs 15-5 reps incline db press 6 sets 125 dbs 10-12 reps dips3 sets bwt 15-25 reps-chest. some ab work than home.

most non europeans cant work out lbs and kgs so i dont it for your benefit.

After wrapping my knees, elbows, wrists, ankles I made my way over to the mirror and shadow boxed for a few. Then I got the bosu out for some core training, I then moved onto to kettle bells for some bombastic shoulder presses.
