ive seen this happen many times................

initial enthusiasm at quik weight loss, then as the weeks roll on the utter grief at getting smaller and smaller and still having mounds of fat to loose... if it gets past that stage , total depression at loosing 60 to 80lbs and still not ripped

ive been around plenty monsters whove tried and failed at getting shredded, one in particular used to be dumbfounded that he could bench almost double what i could and i could compete 15lbs heavier in better condition at the same hight

You have dieted down many times. You can also blow up quick with more drugs, so don't compare yourself to him. Your fat is an entirely different kind of fat... his is more like lard, I don't know what else to call it. Competitors like yourself don't get that hard dense lard, and you can burn it off much quicker. Imagine the amount of visceral fat this guy is holding.

He is doomed to fail until he decides to go through with it NO MATTER WHAT, even if he ends up at 150lbs. The option of backing out should be impossible, that's the only way he can succeed.

I'm hoping my "shit talking" puts some pressure on him, because I do want to see him succeed.

when you put it into context, even if your just smooth, you still have 30 or more lbs to get ripped and get rid of stubborn fat deposits... my upper body is stage ready 4 weeks before my legs n glutes, god knows what he'd have to do or what weight he'd end up at

in simple maths terms

lets say we believe him and he was 270lbs and 20%- I think he was 30% but either way lets assume he is 270 and 20lb


now theoretically his 'lean weight' is 216lbs-

now lets assume he loses 2lb of fat to 1lb of muscle of muscle- cos like it or not you will lose some muscle if he was to go to 5% bodyfat  from his 270lbs he would go from 20% bfat to 5%- a loss of 15%.

15% of 270lbs is 40lbs of fat. take off 20 lbs of muscle and he would THEORETICALLY be sitting at 210.

then lets knock off a good 20lbs of water weight he will have to shift and he will be lucky to make 5% 190.horrific 'fun'- truly horrific- he could easily lose 10lbs drying out


250 on stage. not a hope in hell.

i say more power to him for having a go at it but he needs to realise their will be people he will be up against who have competed for decades and been ripped and sliced every year year on year- and they will be lucky to get 210/220 in shape. 250?? not a hope in hell.

but good luck for trying- he will either see it through or come up with an excuse. the fate lies with him

Using your math - we get right to what - 200 -215 or so? 

I have been to so many shows I cant even count  - on stage even 215 looks BIG

Which is ludicrous.  Cswol has a lot to lose to be peeled like Gal or No One.  He just need the right mental commitment and outlook.  At 200lbs he would be sliced and diced.

200-215 max if he is dry, ripped, and vascular.    He holds a lot of water, so its not all fat obviously.  The weight will fall off him no problem, its not lik this is rebuilding the pyramids in Egypt.  

He just needs to keep the fat coming off and getting leaner and leaner

My first show - I think hit the stage at 169 or a little higher and looked at the scale that morning like WWWTTFFF! ! ! ! ! It is what it is.

rronnie coleman was a lot leaner at 330lbs then they could be at 180 realistically and ernestly speaking
