Is he claiming he did "inclined" lateral raises with an 85-lb dumbbell for 10 reps?
I'm pretty sure the incline lateral are what most others would call incline flyes
Looks like his entire chest workout was flyes (incline, flat and decline)
If I recall correctly he was actually against training to failure and specifically recommended against it.
