Chest and Legs super and drop sets for 45 minutes .  Bench, flys, leg press, curl, extension, SLDL, etc/ 

5 sets - DB press w 75's x 15  followed by 30 yards heavy sled push
5 sets - DB flies w 50's x 15 followed by 30 yards heavy sled drag
5 sets - 15 Dips followed by 15 yards heavy sled push 15 yards heavy sled drag


30 min circuit  - 10 rounds of the following. 

30 sec assault bike

I have court I can't continue 8 hours away the day I am registered to weigh in. As such I will be missing the contest. I was also registered for classic which is 205lbs. Right now I am 230lbs and probably the leanest I have been at this weight. My anorexia has gone into remission and the bigorexia has set in Walkers legs look too small. But it is almost snowboard season so may not have much bulk left.

How the hell does anorexia go into remission???

I had precancerous polyps 20 years ago. I doubt it has gotten better but I don't know and it doesn't matter anyway the Doctors are not going back in regardless. I am done with that

She is literally an ex social worker who became a lawyer for the state to defend the most needy from evictions, foreclosures, and and age related mental competency she  keeps poor and old people in their homes.  She also runs the drug court putting people in rehab instead of prison and saving peoples lives.
