Looks like you forgot to train legs.

It might be because your standing with your feet close.

Normally if you have one foot back with weight on the front n back leg the definition in the hams will come out.

Unless you were using a cane for 20 years like Hankins

Never said size is lacking.

His back is peeled and legs look 14 weeks out.

That’s why I’m guessing it’s a posing issue in the lower body.

Normally you are on your toes with the  back leg and the  weight is on that leg

Front leg is pushing forward and back leg pushing back into the floor

Upper legs look fine.  Should consider adding any sort of calf raises to his training regimen.  And, like already mentioned, learn how to pose your legs.
