Libertarians are very nice(in theory) but they often forget that their ideology only works with the equally minded. Many, maybe most, people love to be led and thus are not able to be "free". These are exactly what the powerful use against the "freer souls".
Regarding covid related fines / prison in February - a lawyer I asked opined that it's a shit show that they can't legally back up. Will have to ask more knowledgeable folks about this.
Hopefully your lawyer friend is correct. And yeah, you're right that it only works with equally minded folks. Of course you have to be strong willed too because weak willed pussies (which is what the vast majority of peeps are) can't handle being free. I'm all for free drug use of any and every kind (libertarian freedom) but like I said most weak minded fucking pussies can't just use they abuse. The only drug I use is gear, but I believe all should be free to make a choice as to what they use.
