Im in good shape actually...just not ripped or shredded. I get off work at 800 , arrive at the gym at 825, rock out the weights and cardio, hit the hot tub, then hit the sauna or steam room, shower ,moisturize and leave.
The gym i go to is practically my second home. I pay extra for my own locker which i keep all of my stuff and i also keep a towel and trunks in each of my cars in case i wanna stop by for a soak or to swim a few laps in the pool. There's also work center and outlets so i can get things done on my laptop and print it out on the copier if needed. If i get hungry , i can grab a snack or shake and just have it billed to my account. They also have cans of Budweiser but they only keep that for the folks playing squash...some tradition of some type. I can also schedule an appointment at the massage clinic thats right in there...the place is massive.
Its important to choose a gym that has what you want. Sportclub doesnt focus on amassing memberships. They are one of the most expensive gyms in town but its worth it for me
