Vince, in all seriousness, what are you going to do to get in shape for this show? Are you doing cardio? Are you switching up your diet? How often are you going to the gym and what does your training look like?
I'm being serious here. You have done a few shows before and you should know that 5 weeks is not a lot of time to get stage ready. I have to be honest here. You really surprised me at the Olympia. When I watched your interview with Billy, I was thinking...man if he leaned down (cuz in your track suit you looked as if you had and I had even thought maybe you posted those outside pictures to throw everyone - Billy off) he is going to take this (as I had already seen Billy's photos). Then, well then I was in shock to see that you truly didn't look leaned out at all. And I'm not trying to be insulting here, I just figured you might have really put in some serious effort for this win.

i'd say 12 week crash diet he might get to a decent lean bodyfat but he's still skinny so it doesn't really matter.

wouldn't agreeing to a pose down at the Mr. O be motivation enough for most people to walk into a gym at least once?
Vince had ample time to work on his body, as a matter of fact in several threads he claimed to be dieting and training like never before. Clearly he was playing a joke on everyone.
the only thing that he appears to have worked on his is right bicep..during the course of lifting his fork to his mouth..

Crash diet is probably the worse thing he could do...Vincent try a moderate carb cycling one high carb day a week (1 high carb day not all day) than lower the carbs every day until you have one day no carbs...some cardio and of course lifting and you should be on your way.

I don't think you would know contest conditioning if it smacked you across the face. There is absolutely no way you will be in shape in 5 weeks. You look 6 monthss out now.

I totally disagree..for someone that looks like he has never seen in the inside of a gym 5 weeks can make a world of difference.
low cal, low carbs, ECA/Clen, cardio 6 times a week, twice a day, plus weight training, ...he would look totally different..NO, I am not saying that he would be impressive but compared to what he looks like now it would be a big difference

Goofing around on the internet discussion boards has been fun and its brought a lot of business and notoriety to me over the past 6 years. But now its over folks as I cannot top the Guns Vs Goodrum posedown, quite frankly going down as the most legendary and the only true discussion board battle that actually came to light.
From here on out, I will no longer do the crazy stuff and will pretty much kill the character known as Vince Goodrum. I am old like Geo folks and quite frankly, a lot of you folks are a lot more meaner and cruel than I am. I've made fun of people directly but nowadays some of you folks are going way too fucking far with the stuff being said.
Vince is gone and next year's Olympia I'll be working a booth. I am also closing Caliber Fitness Solutions as well because I intend to start over fresh with a new company so my notoriety doesn't affect business.
Its been fun folks, I'll still be around but I'll post serious stuff from now on.
