I believe it's and optical illusion. I wear 32/32 when in shape to accomodate the thigs but I need a BELT . My waist size is prolly 30

I wear 32/32 but my pants slide off if I'm not wearing a belt. Even dieted down I have a bit of a ghetto booty so it's not too big of a problem. My work pants have a 30 waist and they fit great without a belt. When they get tight, that's a sign to back off the carbs and pay attention to my diet.

I can't find jeans that fit properly. My waist is 33-34" but I need somewhere between a 42 and 46 jean to fit my legs. In some of the baggier cuts I can get by with a 40.

Alot of overweight people wear a small size of jeans because they wear the jeans under their fat. I've seen plenty of people wear a 34 and yet their belly hangs over.

im a 34 when im dieted down and a 38 when im not dieted down,its depressing.im starting to keep my bodyfat in check now cause i think all those years of getting heavy/fat in the winter then trying to do 10,000 hours of cardio aday and almost starving to death to get back in shape isnt very good.i like being lean and im sure most of you do also,ya just feel better everyday and you feel in a better mood and more confident imo

I was over 200 lbs when I first started posting here. Then I stopped being delusional. I only weigh about 192 lbs, but I am not a bodybuilder. I am about six foot; I strive for an athletic build.
To be honest, with work, I can't eat like I used to. I bust my ass in the gym, and I stick to the basics. Lots of squats, deads and bench presses. I eat pretty clean, but I don't blink at putting down a large cheese to my face on the weekends. I eat candy and sweets all the time. Life is to short. I have a pertty fast metabolism, so I stay in shape.
