the ab session is nothing speciall. Im pretty sure he have been into some martial art or boxing at younger age and like some quick explosive routine in some exercises, thats all. And when the camera was on he made it a little more spectacular to look cool ripped and all...young guys probably think it looks cool!

Also, training and nutrition knowledge are on a far higher level than they used to be. I can just feel myself EXPLODING on 2 scoops of "mutant mass" and "hydroxycut" everyday.

Did anyone watch the whole vid.  I wasnt even talking bout the abb training.  I could give 2 fucks bout it, i was talking bout the leg training.  Just different than the ways most bodybuilders do it, more like an athlete

The  only thing different i could discover was the jump squats in the giant set with le presses and leg extensions..You never see BBers do plyo's..
Great physique though.

He is not all drugs. This guy has a great foundation and is athletic, which alot of the new age BB don't.

Fit dude. If they ever made actual fitness a part of the Mr. Olympia, this guy would win for sure. Such a far cry from a Marcus Ruhl type pro who can't walk up a flight of stairs without being winded.
