why does it feel like...

i'm not really getting much accomplished when i work out my

chest on monday
back on tuesday
legs on wednesday
arms on thursday
and shoulders on friday  ???

compared to my
chest and tris monday/thursday
back and bi's tuesday/friday
legs and shoulders/wednesday
 ???

i mean i slammed it monday and tuesday...and today it's thursday and i dont feel like i'm dig'n the new plan.  :-\  wanted to try something different to see if i can get some parts to grow more...like for instance my monday workout was like this

benching...
225x12
245x10
260x8
285x4
260x6
245x6
245x8 (longer rest)
225x10
and light dumbbell flys til failure...instead of five sets of bench and two sets of tri's in the same time frame. twice a week.

same thing with back day on tuesday

dumbbell rows out the ass...

then 200lb barbell rows til failure... and the next day...i dont feel like i did much of anything  :(
