So, basically each month Dorian Yates and Jamo have a segement with new bodybuilding workouts you can pick up.. I have already looked at some of this stuff and it was amazing.. These guys know their shit and still in great shape. Anyway, learning tricks from the Pro's ...? Can't Beat It!
