new routine

new routine what do you think?
 im gonnasplit it mon workout 1, tue 4 mile run. wed workout 2. thur 4 mile run. fri workout 1. sat 4 mile run. then start over the following monday with workout 2.

workout 1
bench press 4 x 8-10
incline dumbbell bench press 4 x 8-10
cling and press 3 x 8-10
dumbell shoulder press 3 x 8-10
uprightrows or lat raises 3 x 10-12
skull crushers 3 x 8-10
close grip bench 3 x 8-10
weighted dips 3 x 8-10

workout 2
squats 4 x 10-15
deadlifts 4 x 5-8
weighted pullups / chins 4 x max
barbell rows 3 x 8-10
barbell / dumbell shrugs 3 x max @ 315
barbell / dumbell curls 4 x 8-12
standing / seated calf raises 5 x max
