  Folks, this is as good as it gets. Arnold at the 1974/5 Olympias, showing his preparations for the 1975 Olympia. It is amazing that, even though he's only 237 lbs, he looks as big or bigger than bodybuilders from our era, because his muscle bellies are so long and round. And he coupled this with a tiny midsection. Arnold remains, to this day, the best blend of mass&shape ever seen, and even today, 27 years after his retirement, and despite the fact that modern bodybuilders have far surpassed him for muscle size, it is still very, very hard to dispute the notion that Arnold is the greatest bodybuilder of all times.
