I was kidding   I used to down those leaving Golds in Venice and Redondo.   I like the BIG TIME ones better.  But man they cost'd a lot.  Now I just down Halo mixed  banana flavored whey after working out.  Its cheaper (pe serving) and just as delicous!!!
