THE FIST is a legend. One of the toughest SOB's I've ever encountered. The guy lived on the mean streets of West Covina for years and then finally cleaned himself up, and started MMA training. Photo's really don't do him justice, the guys an animal.

So the guy who had better genetics for bodybuilding than the current crop of newcomers, now is an out of shape/permabulker PTer?  If he got into shape, he could literally get his Pro card and be the second coming of Mike Francois, and smash a lot of the competition.
