Yeah, I just went for a run, and it was bad. Made it around 2 miles at like 5 mph. Felt like when I used to do range runs in the Corp with 50-60 pounds of gear.
Talk about sucking.

the last time i checked my BF it was 11% in all my body and a little more in the abs area and i was 83 kgs (5 kgs heavier than now).. the test showed also that i was carrying 5 kg of extra water.. i still feel my body carries extra water and so looks somehow soft.. when i was 83 kg GH15 and sev had estimated my BF% as 10% then i knew they were very close when i made that test :-X
