Diet is 150-200g carbs , 200g protein and 70g fat a day .. and a cheat day once a week.

I dont know what exactly my bf is, never measured it in %.. I just know that I have no love handles, just a flat stomach wth blurry abs, veins on arms and legs..10 months off, no sign gyno left on me.  ;) You do the math.
