Title: All the Sugar/Fat haters....

My grandparents ate all kinds of Sugar and Fat, they lived/live well into their 90's.

They didn't become fat either.

What's the deal with all the fat ass people who have declared war against Sugar and Fat but probably secretly chow down in private.
