I don't really agree. The increased traffic to the site invariably means increased hits and sales at the store. The increased traffic is there to see something they are supposed to be providing. It's no excuse for their utter incompetence.

It is simply to boost the brand and status of their website- which is fair enough as they are business and they make millions of dollars a year - so it really is pretty pathetic that they can't get this right and makes them look less than ..ahem...slick.
