Yes..point taken. The fact is though that they don't do these 'free' webcasts out of kindness or a sense of duty. It is simply to boost the brand and status of their website- which is fair enough as they are business and they make millions of dollars a year - so it really is pretty pathetic that they can't get this right and makes them look less than ..ahem...slick.
True, I am well aware they do it for branding, but I think they are on it. Will is right here posting away etc, apologizing etc and I am sure he is working frantically to get it done.
Big difference from when we/I paid for Flex's, it didn't work at all, and he did nothing about it at all
