yeah yeah my scale weight can and would go up if i ate more but all that gain would be fat, water and bloat, expanding my waist and adding zero real muscle, which completley sucks fucking ass and is the antheisis of what i am for, way trying to do

basically i've got the genetics for being lean ripped and dry but not for pure muscle gain and size

i'm only taking 100 test 100 deca and 20 dbol
