Yeah Im surprised he is "cutting" with so much food...and its not even a "clean" regime from what I see.

Indeed but I guess he could have a decent metabolism or be very active. I can make gains on eating only 2700-3000 calories a day! cutting for me is like 1600-2000 haha but im a lazy fucker outside of the gym and work.

cutting on 3600 calories? jesus how much did you weigh lol, I thought clen only burnt a couple hundred more calories a day?

Thats was a cal high day  ;D

I'm on the move all day, walking back n forth to campus, work and etc so I usually eat 2600-2800. Weight now 175-176 morning, 5'8.

 Did the whey isolate have complete proteins?

 Was the turkey free range?

 What veggies did you put on the salad?

 Did you have chocolate chip cookies? How did you prepare your casein shake?

200grms ch breast, a cup thai rice.

workout

liquid eggwhites and 2 "protein bars".
chicken, fries, rice, bread wraps. lol

a pack of bacon with 2 rolls.

At work and only got my lunch at 7pm so had sushi, 2 packs low cal rice cakes, 2 chocolate bars, can sugar free red bull, can sprite zero. Bodybuilding nutrition qt it's finest. I generally eat pretty badly on days I don't go gym on as I don't care if I'm bloated or retaining water. Tend to eat strict on days I know I train.

Probably have a protein shake with half a carton egg whites when I get in to hit my daily protein target :)

i'm guessing a good carb and recovery source after workouts.  good combo of fat, protein and carbs without calories over the top.   gh15's BS isn't that scientific, sells black market stimulants as gh.

10 oz. chicken, 1 sweet potatoe with butter
chocolate bar 2 tbsp almond butter with some celery
6 eggs, 1 sweet potatoe with butter, 2 tbsp almond butter
3 packages of salmon, 1 alvacado, bowl of blueberries, 1 large sweet potatoe with butter and walnuts

sweet potatoes are awesome with butter and cinamin, bit of brown sugar. You can never overcook them, the longer the better
