**hot chocolate drink, drank my gf's orange drink too lol. she left half of it.

morning= 80 gram whey protein shake

lunch= 3 glasses of low fat chocoalte milk (60grams protein) + plate full of pizza rolls (20-30gramsprotein) + half loaf of garlic bread

dinner= steak, bell pepper, onion stir fry with a small amount of rice (50-60 grams protein)

around midnight= one glass lowfat chocolate milk (20 grams protein)

I don't know what it is about whey isolate but it just seems to work better for me and I grow faster with it. Could it be that whey isolate has a superior amino acid profile :) Now adays I'm so damn broke I can't even afford protein powder since I blow all  the money I get on gear. right now its
6 eggs for breakfast
1 pound of fish for lunch
6 eggs for snack
1 pound of fish

I catch all the fish myself and freeze it and skin it later.  Flounder,redfish, shrimp, occasional sharks now and then if I get lucky, or unlucky  ;)..do what you  have to do to grow friends.

nonsense. carbs, refined carbs are the enemy in skin beauty. Dont believe me go on a keto diet for a few weeks and notice how well your skin glows

8oz. lean ground beef, 8oz. white potato w/ ketchup

2 scoops whey, 1 blueberry muffin, 1 apple cinnamon muffin

I'll eat once more probably... maybe some chicken nachos or something.

So instead of eating anything I wanted to I ate and drank nothing at all and it felt great. I had more energy was nicer to people and didnt have to go to the bathroom all phukin day long..... But now I feel small.  Im shrinking hahahaha gotta love the insanity ;D

That's the benefit of building muscle on a low carb diet. once it is built it stays there, unlike these guys who confuse growth with fullness.
