Yesterday

Breakfast......Mexican bakery & coffee...at girlfriends condo.

Lunch...Machaca Burrito, DOS XX & hot sauce & chips    (Machaca burrito= shredded beef, eggs, green peppers & onions)

Dinner..Lobster buffet at Valley View Casino ..all you can eat...with dessert.
 
Returning home:  Glenfiddich Single Malt  Scotch. First tasted on Tonga with a Aussie girl I meant there. Excellent Scotch. Last night shared with my Solana Beach girlfriend.

7am-2 boiled eggs, 100 grams of roast beef, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 2 or 3 small tomatoes, black coffee

noon-200 grams of tuna/salmon, half of capsicum, 100 grams of cottage cheese, black coffee

2pm-200 ml fruit yogurt and few hazelnuts

7:30pm-200 grmas of chicken breast with 150 grams of steamed veggies, black coffee

9:00pm-fruit yogurt

roughly 1300 calories

How many kcals you eating per day at the moment dj?

the other day i had this for lunch

2 big macs, 2 filet of fish, super size fry, super size coke so that's 3000 cals right there and the rest of the day i probably had about 2000 more so that's around 5000 cals daily

my ab skinfold is now @ 6 mm and it was @ 4 mm when i was RIPPED ie. sub-5, so now i'm sitting @ sub-7 i'd say

i pigged out this this for about 1 week, but now i'm gonna cut back a bit, but not much, coz my strength keeps going up in the gym, so that's a "signal" to me that the size will be coming along very shortly, so therefore i should keep the cals still up a bit

i think that i'm a naturally "dry guy" so to speak

and yeah i train every fucking day but i don't train long normally less than 45 min in the gym, but i train HIT style and even when i train tris doing something like bent-over pressdowns i have to sit in the corner for a good 5 minutes to fully recover lol

i know that i don't need to train every goddamn day, but i'm a compulsive dude, so i just deal with it and if i go to the gym and i'm not feeling it (just like what happened yesterday, as i went to train pecs and my strength level was shit) so i stopped the pec training session and just did a "light session" of some iso moves ie. db laterals and bent-over laterals
