meal 1-rare roast lean beef, 2 boiled eggs, cottage cheese
meal 2-tuna or smoked salmon, capsicum
meal 3-chicken, veggies
in between some nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) and peanut butter

roughly 1500 calories.

This is 6 days every day in a row.

 A lot of carbs on 7th day, no fats, same amount of meat.

5 oz brisket
1 cup of brussel sprouts
5 Ritz crackers
4 oz cheddar cheese
2 tbsp peanut butter
about 20 doritos chips
7 soda crackers
**had some fillings done, so didn't feel much like eating

TODAY:

5 oz chicken breast
2 oranges
1/2 cup raw carrot pieces
4 cups lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 onion
5 oz feta cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup ground turkey
1 cup stewed tomatoes

Trail mix

223 bodyweight and I have a meet on Saturday and would like to be 230.  My wife says I eat like a mouse.
