just took a bowl and did this:

- 1 tablespoon of peanutputter
- add some water to make it smooth
- add 1 cup of oats
- add water
- let is soak for 5 minutes
- mix and eat.

Like a healthy liquid protein meal. Use peanut butter than is unsweetened.

started the day with 6 packets of instant oatmeal

midday at a package of pretzel bites from Dollar Tree. with Frenchs Honey Mustard.

afternoon 2 philly rolls, a baked crunchy roll and 6 pieces of unagi

dinner applebees with gf.. pub-brew soft pretzels, chicken finger platter, basket of boneless wings. no fries.

got hungry at night.. bout 1am, and made myself some salmon sushi. at about 12 pieces, 1oz each with a new wasabi paste.. bad idea, heartburn and was burping up salmon allllllllll fucking day today  :-X :-\ >:(

I had a 75g protein shake.. whey concentrate.

I left out the protein shakes and only posted actual food.

3 double cheeseburgers
1/2 pound uncooked pasta w/ 1lb beef in sauce
1/2 gallon milk
46oz pineapple juice tin
and a big bag of chips  :D

Yesterday:

lunch: large greek salad with 6oz of chicken breast

Dinner salad (just started grabbing stuff out of the fridge and throwing it into a bowl. Not too bad...):

10 walnuts
1/2 c cashews
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
5 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of ground beef
50g of chorizo
2 apples
6 oz feta
3 oz cheddar cheese

Breakfast: skipped...but then again, I always skip breakfast, so big deal...

Lunch:

1/2 scoop of protein powder
1/2 c of peanuts
1/2 c of pretzels (they were just sitting there....who can resist?)

Dinner:

6 oz of various cheeses (mostly cheddar and swiss)
1/4c of ground beef
4 slices of deli roast beef
4 c of grapes
1/4c of cashews

I also put power greens in my protein smoothie

The 6 eggs every morning thing you do, you have to be sick of that by now? I can't do it anymore ... deviled eggs, egg sandwhiches, eggs with salsa, my body rejects them. Takes me an hour to finish them
