This thread proves BBing is all DRUGS, and 200-400 grams of protein daily to maintain muscle size is BS.  i had 2 bagels, subway 12 in and a shrimp/crab salad.  that's under 100 grams, easy, and that's every day, just about.

Ive never really thought about this in too much detail but looking back at today I had:

Breakfast - 6 whole eggs, 3 rashers (bacon), tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 pieces of toast, orange, glass of milk
Lunch - 1/2 small cooked chicken, salad, 3 baked potatoes w/ sour cream, glass of milk
Dinner - 4 hamburgers (from a lb of ground beef), 4 cheese slices, fried rice w/ broccoli, onions, peppers
Late meal - 1 tub of cottage cheese, 1 punnet of blueberries, 1 punnet of strawberries, 1 banana, clotted cream, chocolate sauce, honey

I couldn't even estimate the numbers of calories, but its a decent mix of protein, fats and carbs.

Yesterday I was drinking from 3-11pm for st patricks day. so...

protein shake and a banana
grilled chicken in a whole wheat wrap and 1 cup oatmeal before i left my place
about 20 alcoholic beverages (various types of beer, fireball shots, rum & diet cokes)
two slices pizza mid day
boneless buffalo tenders and a buffalo tender sandwich late night

Yesterday's total food intake (just ate all of this food at 9 pm when I had time to eat yesterday...didn't have time to eat before 9 pm):

10 tbsp of homemade cheese sauce
10 rice crackers
1/2 cup of chinese noodles
10 oz flank steak
3 mandarin oranges
1 large orange
1 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
1 scoop of whey protein in water
12 cashews

It was my cheat day. Yes!

So far today:

- 6 whole eggs, 3 slices of toast, 1 tub cottage cheese, 2 italian sausages, banana, blueberry muffin, glass of milk
- Blended 4 whole eggs, litre of milk, 2 bananas, cocoa, honey, frozen blueberries.
- 500g beef mince made into 3 burger patties, 3 burger buns, 3 slices of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, ketchup, 2 baked potatoes w/     sour cream

Will have another meal before bed, probably involve more milk.

Anybody else get tired of this crap?! As in food? I hate eating now, I really just dread the thought of preparing, eating and cleaning up. Can't you just get an intravenous drip, feeding you a steady supply of amino acids, glucose, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals?

4 scoops weight gainer 1 scoop isolate (520kcal or so 65g protein)
