Light day of eating yesterday.

1 large tub of Skyr (Icelandic Yogurt) with Granola and a Banana cut up in it.

2 Turkey Burgers (from the butcher shop) and an apple.

Not getting a lot of food with work schedule so did something I have not done in a long time had a whey protein shake today will probably have one a day going forward now.

Sausage coffee
2 Beef Tacos
Roast Beef Sandwich chips gatorade
Double quarter pounder with cheese fries and a coke
Protein Shake
Beef Pot Pie

Also my doctor website is down and they are not responding to emails so have a new HRT guy starting this week will see if it helps

I could care less what you weigh....you look like shit and we all know a ton of water/Gatorade and calorie dense junkfood will make the numbers on the scale go up.....it doesn`t mean you are making progress or that you look good,it means you have gotten temporarily heavier unlike the weights you use in your workouts.........don`t be late for work.............did you pack your Tupperware containers with chicken and rice.....did you put some "fart powder" in a dry shaker and carry it with you?

Also, why are you going to work at 2-3 AM?

 Pre markets generally don't open until 4 a.m -7 am. to 9:30 a.m.

10oz sirloin for breakfast with a 24oz ultra white monster

10oz chicken breast with a whole avocado and pico for lunch

12oz of teriyaki pork tenderloin for dinner..no rice or anything..just the meat
