8088Hz - the lowest chi (good) frequencies you can listen to

This is one of the lowest chi (good) frequencies I have found to date. Enjoy.

SEVERE WARNING!

As with all prana/zen, you should never indulge with this frequency. It is meant for protection only and not for cleansing therefore for best results, it should only be played once through once a day maximum, three times a week maximum. Do not take this advice lightly.

About half way through it sounded like the tone was swirling around my head in a circular motion and changing frequencies...

I listened to it 3 times in a row earlier to try and ascertain if the pitch was indeed changing  :(
