Zusaetzlich zu den anderen, und wer weiss, wo er sonst noch postet.
Im uebrigen hier noch ein Zitat, wo er doch letztens noch behauptet hat, er haeete sowas NIE gesagt, dass er nur eine Junk-Mahlzeit am Tag zu sich nimmt und den Rest als Proteinshake.
Meine Diät ist etwas unkonventionell, da ich an die meisten Einschränkungen von Bodybuilding-Diäten nicht glaube und es meiner Erfahrung nach auch nicht viel Unterschied macht. Im wesentlichen habe ich während des Tages an einem 100g Eiweissshake geschlürft und zu Mittag eine grosse Mahlzeit im Restaurant gegessen.
Natürlich steht da nix weltbewegend Neues drin, nix ist wirklich neu auf diesem Gebiet. Ich habe lediglich versucht, die essentiellen von den nicht-essentiellen Faktoren zu trennen, damit man die Diät so angenehm wie möglich gestalten kann. Für mich bedeutet das z.B. dass ich nur einmal am Tag in einem Restaurant esse und ansonsten einen grossen Eiweissshake trinke.

Not kissing anyone's ass, I just think that WL is an honest person. I have no way of knowing for sure but I believe he is. Also, he has helped me through some tough times.

WL might be a nice guy, but his "diet" and nutrition advice is utter bullshit for bodybuilders.
If you want to go from 85kg to 65kg and look like you have AIDS, it's great, but NOT for a bodybuilder. No need to mix the two up. Just because he was nice to you in some way doesn't mean he can't be annoying in something else.
There's no need for you to defend his diet principles just to defend WL. You mix up two things here.

Du ziehst nun auf jeden Fall dein Ding durch, kuemmer dich nicht so sehr um die anderen, mach deine Sache einfach 110%, dann werden sich die richtigen Ergebnisse von alleine einstellen.

Tu ich auch. Das Studium ist meine letzte Chance, einen Beruf auszuueben und hoffentlich klappt das auch danach. Ich habe gute Sachen in meinem Leben, eine tolle Freundin. Ich kann mich nicht beschweren.

Gravity "exists" because there is scientific evidence which supports such a theory.

I don't know what you mean, who said arguing is not allowed?
You constantly say that my method is good for losing all the muscle and looking like an AIDS patient but you don't even know my method (not that you have to) or why I look the way I do. And even then it would be no proof or disproof of any method. Too many unknown and uncontrolled variables. That's why arguments like "you look like shit so what you say is shit" (arguments ad hominem) have no scientific relevance. I thought that concept was clear to you since you yourself constantly argue that you don't need to show any pictures of yourself to prove what you say is correct.
