motorbike 'gangs' are in the UK two bob shit criminals who are laughed at by any involved at any level.
eg
in liverpool a number of years back- mid 90's a well known family rinsed a dutch HA for 200k worth of weed. they got the wolverhampton chapter of the Hells angel 'best enforcers' to threaten the family involved.
they then made the mistake of turning up to the city and made some noise. they got killed.
and never returned.
I have had dealing with them in the past. to people not involved in that lifestyle a group of 20 overweight blokes on motorbikes may appear intimidating- but front them out with similar numbers and pay them a few visists and they melt.
it may be different abroad but they are fuck all over here.
