You don't need to read or understand them all, just what you're looking for when you need it
for sports in general:
muscular anatomy, human physiology, physiology of effort, gastrointestinal tract, endocrinology (the axes of interest)
then add bodybuilding:
W. llewelyn 11edit AAS, nutrition timing, pharmacology of chemical enhancement (roidz etc)
finally add optimal health:
orthomolecular nutrition, diverse health books (..too many to sum)

exactly what is a 'balanced diet'? what is your balanced diet?
what you are saying is you are performing habits like a trained monkey without brains
basically you are the animal in the zoo being fed by others. who cares as long as you get the food and live, thats all that matters because your brains couldnt accept other intelligence beyond the zoo
so you dismiss because your ego has anesthetized your stupidity
